Hi there guys, some of you have yet to pass the New Year mark but it’s already 2010 on my side 🙂
I hope you all have a splendid year ahead of you and thanks for reading our blog, fellow Japanese fans, I’m really happy that this happened!
I’ve set up a webclap so if you like this blog, please click the little character (still nameless, must think of a name) at the bottom of the ‘Welcome’ on the sidebar~
Love to all and thanks for reading our blog!
We hope to continue this but public exams are coming so please don’t be surprised if we stopped without notice (but I’ll try to give an advance notice).
Amaya and Mariko
Okay guys, if you have been following Tears to Tiara, the last episode will be aired tonight.
I’m really anxious to watch the last episode tomorrow and so I hope a spectacular ending (if I were to say ‘happy ending’, it will too childish and wishful, isn’t it?) especially after hearing Arawn-sama saying, ‘my wife, Riannon’! Calling her after they assembled together in the top of the tower XD
Everyone, please go watch the last episode tonight! Celebrate the ending and support the fandom by not downloading the episodes, music or anything else and buy them. If not, at least just repeating them off Youtube or Nico Nico Douga wouldn’t hurt as much as downloading them. Support the lovely artistes who sing the OP and EDs!
P.S: Have you played Mystery of Avalon? 🙂
Hi there! Here’s are a few of the pictures of one of the surprise content for the blog’s anniversary.
Click for a larger version.
Yeah, I know that it’s not that mysterious anymore but any idea what stuff from the pictures will be put up on the blog? I know anybody can download the stuff but I have the real thing, isn’t that great?
Hi there! Kaichou wa Maid-sama! will be having a anime adaptation, as announced in the TBS Anime Festa 2009 and in the October issue of LaLa!
This was further confirmed by Anime News Network here: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2009-08-21/kaichou-wa-maid-sama-shojo-manga-gets-tv-anime
Uwaa, Kaichou will be having an anime adaptation? I was struck dumb when I read it in the LJ community. I thought it was prank but then I saw the scanned image of the announcement, I was just absolutely speechless.
When I first read the manga, I thought that it was best that if it was not adapted into an anime since the art that Fujiwara-sensei did was great and it would only spoil them if it was really animated.
If I can only write to Fujiwara-sensei and tell her of my disapproval…
Hi there! Today’s the 2nd anniversary for ねこのめ – Neko no Me and this blog has went to a lot of changes to reach where we are now. Even though our blog is not widely known enough, I’m glad that everybody finds this blog interesting, at least.
Here’s a painting I’ve painted (originally for my cousin and then re-used for here) to commemorate the blog’s 2nd birthday!

Thank you for all your support!
This was to be posted previously but it never got through. I’m sorry to the new readers of my blog having to read this.
Hi again, feeling very unknownish-ly right now but I think I shall offer my thoughts about why this blog exists that will later be incorporated to our blog’s About page.
Number 1, this blog original existence was to provide Gakuen Alice’s chapter translations and song transliterations. But now we have stopped and moved on to other LaLa serializing series or one-shots (although I have a few particular one-shots that I would want everybody to read).
Number 2, why do we provide updates of Tears and Corda? I wanted everybody to know what the Japanese fans have to go through, release commemoration events, special wallpapers and all those stuff. I don’t see a reason why nobody wants that. Seriously.
Well, I’ve already planned some other content for our blog and as our blog’s second birthday is coming up on July 15th (which is tomorrow!) so the content will come by a little late which will be out during August or so but please watch out!!
Just a little spoiler, the content will be something about mail-in CDs or so~ 😀
Love to all~
Hi again! Here’s the updates for the second volume release of Tears to Tiara!
The second volume of the DVD and Blu-ray will contain episodes 5, Londinium to 8, Rubrum. Like the first volume, there will also be a full-c0lour booklet. And this time, there will be a cast interview for Makoto Ishii(!!) and he will talk about his similarities and differences with Arthur! Series composition in-charge, Touko Machida will talk about characters(??) while director, Tomoki Kobayashi will talk about the truth about the Gael Tribe stew~
Image of the booklet’s contents can be seen here: http://t3blog.seesaa.net/article/122672645.html
The cute picture of Arthur being hold back by the girls, especially by Riannon and Llyr makes me wanna laugh my heart out! Riannon and Lyrl looks so cute~ Riannon looks like a younger sister hugging her brother to stop him from going somewhere(…) Ahh, I just can’t wait to watch the episode tomorrow!!
I noticed that CDJapan.co.jp has listed a new single by Aira Yuuki titled as weeping alone as the 2nd ending theme for the series, there is still no news confirming this. I’ve double-checked the official site and the staff blog but nothing yet.
Before I forget, there is a drama CD based on the anime and will be released by Bandai Visual on October 7th. The drama CD costs 3,000 yen (including taxes) and the catalogue number is LACA-5931.
The first original soundtrack for the anime series has also been released. Like the drama CD, it also costs 3,000 yen (including taxes) and was released on June 24th. The music for the series was done by Takayuki Hattori.
