Voice cast for Kaichou wa Maid-sama! announced!
December 21, 2009
Hi there~ I’m excited but then not so excited anymore for the cast of the anime adaptation… Okay, after being tipped off in Wikipedia, I checked 2ch whether it is true or not so the following has been referenced from the magazine scan that someone uploaded
The link can be found here: http://gedo.newsplus.jp/bbs/moepic/img/1260275780/23.jpg
Ayumi Fujimura will be voicing our dear Misaki-chan, Nobuhiko Okamoto as Usui, Hiromi Igarashi as Aoi Hyoudou, Aki Toyosaki as Satsuki, Kana Asumi and Kana Ueda as Honoka and Subaru respectively, last but not least, Mariya Ise as Erika.
In 2ch, someone complained about this casting since the original drama CD casting was good enough. Some even laughed at the casting while some said it was a waste and the voice cast was too plain. (Sorry if I got it wrong here, my Japanese isn’t good enough for more detailed explanation >_<)
The PV for the anime adaptation will be broadcasted in the Winter Comiket in TBS’s booth ahead of time
The ending theme will be done by heidi. whom are a visual kei band. You can find their official site here: http://heidi-net.com/top.php
Will add more information later, since I’ll be cooking lunch

November 30, 2009
Synopsis for the upcoming episode 9 is already up here along with Characters section updated with four additional characters. They are Yin, Gemini’s doll*, Ilya Sokolov and Hanako Satoshi.
Moreover, the Introduction page located here has been updated with a Keyword page and the introduction on Kuro no Keiyakusha’s gaiden (side story) here, explaining the gap (of 2 years, I suppose) or events that occured after the end of the first series.
There’s also a production staff blog here.
Mariko
* The word is written as 双子のドール, without any given hiragana reading there, so it could either be [futago no dooru {doll}] or [gemini no doll]. Considering the title of the show, [gemini no doll] is much more likely..
