[Update#2]: The cover has been revealed by Oricon here for the limited pressing cover and here which looks like a poster for the limited pressing. Here is the cover for the regular pressing.

[Update#3]: The list of online stores that will have the poster together with the limited pressing are Sony Music Shop, HMV Online, Neowing (or otherwise known as CDJapan) and Guru Guru King for those buying online.  Only HMV Online and Neowing are sending overseas. There is a full list of stores broadcasting the TV spot of the release here as well as the stores having the posters in Japan here.

[Update#4]: I think I made a mistake here. The regular pressings will also have the poster if you buy it from the shops mentioned in the previous update.

[Update#5]: Note by Mariko, the regular pressing just doesn’t have the Special DVD like the limited pressing, only the poster etc.

There’s a new puzzle of Suō with Pecha on her shoulder. As usual, there are three sizes to choose from but not 800X600.

You can find it here.

Even the official site was late in informing… *sighs* The latest update was on November 2nd…

There is a web radio called Fate/stay tune Unlimited Blade Works that started airing at Animate online for free with it’s first episode broadcasted on October 16th, 2009!

The personalities are Junichi Suwabe, whom voices Archer; Ayako Kawasumi, whom voices Saber and Kana Ueda whom voices Rin Tōsaka. New episodes are added every Friday, please watch out! As of today, there are 4 episodes.

You can find the episodes here, press the ‘PLAY’ button and it’ll stream in your Windows Media Player. Also take note that the newest episode is at the top while the old ones are at the bottom. In short, the episodes are placed in descending order.

Well, the synopsis of episode 5 is already up here along with the characters section updated. Information about two new characters Norio and Lebanon have been added. Read them here, you can find them being the first two of the last row.

A special web radio called Darker Than Black Backstage Pass, hosted by Hei’s seiyū (Hidenobu Kiuchi) and Suō Pavlichenko’s seiyū (Kana Hanazawa) has been added to the Special section here.  Click ‘Vol.1 を聴く(WMP56k)’ and the radio episode will be streamed in your Windows Media Player.

New episodes of the radio will be randomly added, it’s unclear whether they’ll keep the old episodes up so listen to them while you can.

Hi, Mariko here. A new set of puzzle featuring April from MI6 and wallpaper is already up in the ‘Special’ section of the official site.

Again, like previously, no wallpapers of the 800×600 size. Just click No.3 エイプリル and you’ll be shown an image of April which is the puzzle you need to solve. When you have finished, a set of numbers consisting of the size of the wallpapers, click whichever applies to your monitor settings.

Go here to get your wallpaper by completing your puzzle~

Hi there! I didn’t realise that this was already up but I was lurking around the Japanese Wikipedia and there’s a change in my watchlist for Kaichou wa Maid-sama!’s page, it was updated with a staff list and a link to TBS’s page for the series!

Okay, for starters, the series is going to be animated by J.C.Staff, directed by Hiroaki Sakurai, series composition by Mamiko Ikeda, animation character designs by Yuki Imoto and music composed by Tōru Motoyama.

Personally, I have yet to watch any of Sakurai-san’s work as well as Motoyama-san’s music composition and Imoto’s character designs. For Ikeda-san, I’ve watched a number of series that were under (or at least scripts written) her, Keroro Gunso, Princess Tutu, Emma and Midori Days.

About J.C. Staff, they are absolutely great! I first saw J.C.Staff in R.O.D The TV then Honey and Clover and Nodame Cantabile! They were great in doing justice to a mangaka’s artwork. Not to mention both Honey and Clover and Nodame Cantabile~ This company doesn’t have a distinct animation style but rather has the style of bringing out the original creator’s style of art to life.

Tokyo Broadcasting System’s page for Kaichou wa Maid-sama! is already up here. The page’s image was first seen as the cover art of chapter 2 =) The series will be co-broadcasted by Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS) and BS-TBS~

[Edit]: I searched around the Net and found out that Yuki Imoto will be doing her first animation character designs for the series. She’s previously done key animation for Shakugan no Shana, Honey and Clover, R.O.D The TV and Nodame Cantabile, just to name a few.

Tōru Motoyama’s name isn’t Satoshi Motoyama (he has the same characters as the Japanese F1 racing driver of the said name but the only difference between their names are that their pronouciation is different.) as stated in Anime News Network’s encyclopaedia.

Hi guys, it’s been a while (well, probably it’s not a while, sorry -_-;) since I’ve updated on Tears’ DVD and Blu-ray releases, I thought I posted up vol.4’s information but it seems like I didn’t… Nope, it was posted but I missed the post myself ._.

Okay, like it was posted previously, the sticker poster features Taliesin and Epona (what a cute couple XD).

The 20-page full colour booklet found in the limited pressing of both the Blu-ray and DVD features Morgan’s seiyuu, Mai Nakahara! It seems like she is revealing a few secrets on how she voiced Morgan… Nakahara-san voiced Midori in Midori Days so for her to voice Morgan was quite a different character than Midori =)

The staff interview features art director and colour designer for the series Hoki-san and Satou-san. I think that the production scale for the series was larger than any other normal anime series out there and the staff tells us how hard is their work for the production.

Yeah, volume 6 features Epona and Taliesin~ The episodes collected in this volume are episode 18, Kikan(or Return in English) to episode 20, Lucifer,  a total of 3 episodes.

The character sticker poster for the volume shows Primula alone while the previous sticker posters all feature a pair of characters together. A creditless ending sequence of weeping alone by Aira Yuuki will be collected with the episodes. The character sticker poster is only included in the limited pressing of the DVD and Blu-ray release.

The 6th volume of Tears to Tiara for DVD and Blu-ray will be on sale on November 18.

See you guys next time~
